Ugnayang ULAP
"Malayang Talakayan" type of sessions, seminars and workshops to discuss and propose solutions to current vital problems and issues confronting Leagues and LGUs;

Local Governance Forum
Monthly forums and dialogues between Local officials and concerned NGAs, NGOs together with DILG aimed to tackle government policies, programs, projects and issues concerning local governance, devolution, and local autonomy;

Advocacy & Promotions
Tri-media relations and nationwide communications plan to promote and advocate ULAP's vision, mission, objectives, and other priority concerns, views and recommendations to all stakeholders here and abroad to gain public awareness and support. Part of our communications plan is to link up all Provinces nationwide via internet, in collaboration with private organizations and funding institutions for easier coordination. An Advocacy Plan is being worked out with the Philippine Information Agency (PIA).

Partnership Program
Establish a smooth working relationship and mechanisms of partnership with existing and prospective linkages with all stakeholders for proper representation of ULAP in all branches and levels of Government.
